Acceptable Use & User Agreement

Effective Date: May 3, 2026

By accessing, browsing, or using the Mazeazia platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all related policies incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Your use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Where registration or account creation is required, you expressly agree to these Terms by selecting the acceptance checkbox or by completing the account registration process. Such action constitutes a legally binding electronic signature and forms a valid and enforceable agreement under applicable law.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any of the following purposes:

  • ✗Generating, storing, or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • ✗Generating content that depicts or sexualizes minors in any form
  • ✗Infringing any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • ✗Impersonating any person, organization, or entity
  • ✗Submitting false, misleading, or deceptive content or information
  • ✗Using the platform to facilitate spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive marketing
  • ✗Attempting to circumvent platform restrictions, content filters, credit limits, or rate limits
  • ✗Using the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

2. Platform Integrity

You agree not to take any action that undermines the technical integrity or security of the platform, including:

  • ✗Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of platform content or data
  • ✗Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate images or interact with the platform in bulk
  • ✗Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the platform's source code or underlying models
  • ✗Using generated images or platform outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve competing AI models or services
  • ✗Attempting unauthorized access to other user accounts, platform infrastructure, or backend systems
  • ✗Injecting malicious code, prompts designed to override safety systems, or adversarial inputs
  • ✗Reselling or sublicensing access to the platform or its features without written authorization

3. Account Rules

To maintain platform integrity, you agree to the following account standards:

  • ✓Each account must be associated with one individual; account sharing is not permitted
  • ✓You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, bans, or restrictions
  • ✓You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • ✓You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Content Standards

All content generated or submitted through the platform must comply with our content policy. Mazeazia uses both automated safety systems and human review to enforce these standards. Content that violates these standards may be removed without notice.

AI-generated outputs are produced by third-party models and may not always reflect accurate, factual, or legally clear information. You are solely responsible for how you use, publish, or distribute any content generated through the platform.

You acknowledge that AI-generated images may not be unique and may be similar or identical to outputs generated for other users. Mazeazia makes no representations regarding the copyright status or commercial clearance of AI-generated content.

5. AI-Specific Acknowledgments

By using the platform, you specifically acknowledge that:

  • ✓AI-generated content does not constitute a guarantee of originality, accuracy, or legal clearance
  • ✓You will not use generated outputs to mislead, deceive, or defraud any person or entity
  • ✓You will not use generated outputs for defamatory, harmful, or malicious purposes
  • ✓The legal status of AI-generated content ownership varies by jurisdiction and Mazeazia makes no representations regarding this
  • ✓You will not use the platform's outputs to train, benchmark, or evaluate competing AI systems without prior written consent

6. Updates and Continued Use

Mazeazia reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Enforcement

Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to all platform services. Mazeazia reserves the right to report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
