Data Rights Request

If you wish to exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR or CCPA/CPRA, you may submit a request to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
What You Can Request
- ✓Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ✓Correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete information be corrected
- ✓Deletion — request that your personal information be deleted from our systems
- ✓Opt-out — opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (Mazeazia does not sell personal information)
How We Handle Requests
Mazeazia will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law:
- ✓GDPR (European Economic Area) — within 30 days of receipt, extendable to 90 days for complex requests with notice
- ✓CCPA/CPRA (California) — within 45 days of receipt, extendable to 90 days for complex requests with notice
We may require identity verification before processing requests to protect user privacy. Please note that deletion requests may not result in the complete erasure of all data where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.
