Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Mazeazia (“Mazeazia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Mazeazia platform and all related services.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including prompts and generated images. By using the platform, you grant Mazeazia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not be unique and may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
7.1 Plans and Billing Cadence. Mazeazia offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Annual plans are billed once per year at the time of purchase and grant access for twelve (12) consecutive months. Monthly plans are billed each calendar month. All paid plans auto-renew at the end of the current billing cycle at the then-current price.
7.2 Credits. Each paid plan includes a monthly credit allocation that refreshes at the start of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next cycle. Credits are required to generate images and to use other AI features.
7.3 No Refunds — All Sales Final. By subscribing, you agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. Mazeazia does not offer refunds, credits, or compensation for:
- Unused portions of any subscription period;
- Mid-term cancellations of annual subscriptions;
- Credits that expire at the end of a billing cycle;
- Plan changes, including upgrades or downgrades;
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs;
- Changes in your usage patterns, project, or business needs;
- Service interruptions caused by third-party providers, network outages, or hardware on your end.
Refunds may be issued solely at Mazeazia's discretion in cases of confirmed billing error, unauthorized charges, or where required by applicable consumer protection law.
7.4 Annual Plans — 12-Month Lock-In. By selecting an annual plan, you commit to a twelve-month term. The full annual fee is charged at the time of purchase. No prorated refunds or credit will be issued for cancellation before the end of the twelve-month term. Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current term; your access continues until the term expires.
7.5 Plan Changes. Upgrades — to a higher tier, or from monthly to annual on the same tier — take effect immediately upon payment. The new plan begins a fresh billing cycle and the previous plan is cancelled at the end of its remaining period. Credits already granted for the in-progress period are preserved.
Downgrades — to a lower tier, or from annual to monthly on the same tier — are not processed mid-term. To downgrade, you must (i) cancel your current subscription through the Billing page, (ii) wait for your current billing period to end, and (iii) subscribe to the lower-tier plan from the Pricing page. No refund or proration applies. Switching from annual to monthly on the same plan is not supported for the duration of the active annual term.
7.6 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep your tier access and your current cycle's credits until your billing period ends. After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.
7.7 Disputes and Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an undisputed charge will result in immediate account suspension pending resolution and may result in permanent account termination. You agree to first contact info@mazeazia.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
7.8 Failed Payments. If a renewal payment fails, your paid access may be restricted while we retry the charge. If we are unable to collect payment within a reasonable retry period, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free tier.
7.9 Price Changes. Mazeazia may modify subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes at least thirty (30) days before they take effect on your account. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7.10 Trial Credits. Free trial credits granted at signup are promotional and have no cash value. They are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may expire at Mazeazia's discretion.

Mazeazia will respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mazeazia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
In no event shall Mazeazia's total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (i) the total amounts paid by you to Mazeazia in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim, or (ii) fifty US dollars ($50.00).
