Mazeazia respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content available on the platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice that includes:
- ✓A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- ✓Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the platform
- ✓Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email)
- ✓A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Our Response
Upon receipt of a valid notice, Mazeazia will promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to the infringing content. Mazeazia reserves the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include:
- ✓Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
- ✓Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the platform before removal
- ✓A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- ✓A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where Mazeazia may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice
- ✓Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Mazeazia may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original claimant seeks a court order to prevent restoration.
Note on DMCA Agent Registration: Full safe harbor protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512 requires registration of a designated DMCA agent with the US Copyright Office. Agent registration is in progress. In the interim, all infringement notices and counter-notifications should be submitted to info@mazeazia.com.
