Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the Mazeazia platform, including subscriptions, usage-based services, and any digital products or features.

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Nature of Digital Services

Mazeazia provides access to digital, on-demand AI-generated content and platform features that are consumed immediately upon use. Due to the nature of these services, once access is granted or usage has occurred, the service is considered fully or partially delivered.

You acknowledge that digital services cannot be returned, revoked, or “unused” once accessed or consumed.

2. No Refunds After Use

All payments are final and non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:

  • ✓You have generated one or more images
  • ✓You have accessed paid features or benefits
  • ✓You have used platform credits, allowances, or subscriptions

Dissatisfaction with generated content, outputs, or results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Subscription Billing

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, you agree that:

  • ✓Charges will be billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • ✓You may cancel at any time, but cancellation will apply only to future billing cycles
  • ✓No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused time
  • ✓Upon cancellation, any remaining credits for the current billing period will remain accessible until the period ends, after which they will expire

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Mazeazia may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in limited circumstances, including:

  • ✓Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • ✓Technical failures that prevent service delivery

Any such refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Mazeazia may result in:

  • ✓Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • ✓Revocation of access to generated content and services

Mazeazia reserves the right to contest any chargeback that is inconsistent with this policy.

6. Third-Party Transactions

Purchases made through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Gumroad) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. Mazeazia is not responsible for such transactions.
